When you request a sample, we collect your first name, work email, store URL, the product you want featured, your ad spend range and any note you add. We also receive the business email addresses we find on public company websites when we contact brands directly.
How we use it
We use this information only to prepare your sample, reply to you and follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “no thanks” or emailing hello@heroandhook.com.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t use tracking cookies for advertising on this site.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by our form provider and stored in our email and work tools. These providers handle data only on our behalf.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete your information, email hello@heroandhook.com. We respond within 30 days.
